Service & Support

Practical help for installing, using and maintaining your YellYeah products.

Draft prepared 19 October 2026 · Effective date pending owner approval

Draft for owner review — not yet published

Confirm the support target, available staffing, current release requirements and customer delivery instructions. These pages explain the process; they do not prove real checkout, AI billing or end-to-end installation acceptance. Square-bracketed fields require verified information. Effective date: [INSERT PUBLICATION DATE].

1. How to get help

Email support@support-mail.yellyeah.com. Use your purchase email if possible and include your order reference, the product name, version and a short description of the problem. If you receive a ticket number, reply in that thread so the conversation stays together.

Our target is a first human response within two business days, Monday to Friday. An automatic receipt confirms that your message arrived; it is not a human answer or a promise that the issue is resolved. Response and resolution times can differ, especially where we need information from you or another provider. This is an email support service, not a 24-hour incident-response service.

2. What support includes

  • Help accessing your purchased files and understanding the supplied installation instructions.
  • Guidance on normal use of included features in a supported environment.
  • Investigation of reproducible product faults and licence or activation issues.
  • Help with Funnel Club access, eligible-site pairing and supplied pack imports.
  • Investigation of enabled AI-service errors, missing results and disputed credit deductions.

Campaign Kit includes 12 months of email support and included updates from purchase. Support for a separately paid online service covers that service during its paid access period. A Funnel Club or Reach subscription does not automatically extend every Campaign Kit entitlement.

Custom design, campaign copywriting, done-for-you installation, migration, hosting administration, calls, bespoke integrations and changes to third-party software are outside the standard service unless separately agreed. We can still help identify whether a fault arises in YellYeah or elsewhere.

3. Getting started after purchase

  1. Keep your receipt and download the customer package. Save an untouched copy. Read its START-HERE instructions and plan allowances. The complete owner deployment bundle is not a customer plugin.
  2. Check your hosting and make a backup. Use an eligible WordPress installation, HTTPS and the supported versions in the release notes. Prefer a staging copy for the first installation.
  3. Install the required plugin ZIPs individually. Use WordPress Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, following the package order. Do not upload the whole multi-file customer bundle as a single plugin.
  4. Activate the appropriate entitlement when required. Use the purchase account or licence supplied with the order. Each product has its own allowances.
  5. Open a starter project. Replace sample offer details, links, claims, images and disclosures. Save the full editable project so your layout and edits can be reopened.
  6. Create and inspect a WordPress draft. Check desktop and mobile layout, buttons, forms, accessibility and the facts before publishing. Test a backup or rollback route.
  7. Enable optional services only if purchased. Pair Funnel Club to an eligible site or activate AI access and credits. The ordinary editor and image uploads do not require AI generation access.

The package’s version-specific guide is the installation reference. If its instructions conflict with what you see, send the product version and a screenshot to support before proceeding.

4. Requirements and compatibility

The current Design Studio package lists WordPress 6.5+ and PHP 8.2+ as minimum compatibility versions. Use maintained, secure releases that also meet the current package’s compatibility guidance. Minimum numbers are not a recommendation to run an unpatched release. Other bundled components may have their own requirements.

The editing workflow is intended for a current desktop browser and a standard single-site WordPress installation. Multisite, unusual hosting restrictions, security rules and third-party theme or plugin combinations need separate compatibility checks. An exported HTML page is not a set of native Elementor widgets.

You provide your hosting, domain, backups and any separately purchased email, advertising or external service. Server-side AI also requires an available connection to the configured service. External providers may set their own limits and prices.

5. Design Studio, PitchPush and Funnel Club

Design Studio: use its designs and editable projects to prepare pages and create WordPress drafts. Save the full Studio project to retain its layout, images and edits.

Optional PitchPush route: transfer the supported offer fields, review the resulting campaign pages and export a Publish Pack for Publisher. This handoff does not transfer Design Studio layouts, images or approval records. The local PitchPush app does not inspect pasted URLs; supported URL inspection is a separate WordPress Design Studio function.

Funnel Club: sign in using the purchase email, verify the required core and Club entitlement, and pair the eligible HTTPS WordPress site. Imported packs begin as new drafts. Check sample copy and supplied rights before using a pack. A new import or saved-offer edit does not silently replace your previously published campaign.

6. How AI generation works

  1. Open the enabled AI feature inside the WordPress editor and describe the page, section or image you want.
  2. Review what will be submitted and the credit cost. Text design requests send the relevant brief and page text. Image requests can additionally include the reference image you choose.
  3. The connected server-side service checks access and submits the request to its AI provider. Generation can take time and can fail.
  4. Review the returned suggestion or image. Apply only the parts you want, check the result, and save it in your project or media library.
  5. Preview and publish only after your own checks. An AI suggestion is not an automatic approval or a published page.

Supported layout and palette choices still apply; a free-text request does not promise any arbitrary website or working external integration. Downloadable prompts can be used in a separate AI tool, but its output is not automatically imported into Design Studio.

A request can temporarily reserve service credits. A confirmed failed request should have its reservation released or corrected. A timeout or uncertain provider result may remain pending while support reconciles it, to avoid a duplicate paid request. Tell us the request identifier if the status remains unclear. Generated service results are temporary; save anything you want to keep promptly. The current design service uses a roughly 24-hour result window and is not a backup service.

7. Updates and continuity

Back up your installation and projects before installing an update. Read the release notes, check compatibility and test important pages afterward. Keep your editable source files separately from published output.

After the Campaign Kit’s included commercial support and update period ends, you retain your downloaded core software and saved work under their licences. Optional online services remain subject to their own paid access periods. Statutory duties concerning updates, conformity and remedies are not restricted by the commercial 12-month allowance.

If you do not renew Reach: after your paid term ends, new paid work pauses, including campaign creation and editing, approvals, new scheduling, Social Posts creation and adding or changing Results & Profit records. Existing published pages, saved records, reports, exports and recovery tools remain available. Licence expiry does not deactivate WordPress or delete your website or customer data.

Starter includes 25 standard AI image generations and Marketer includes 75 in total, usable within 12 months of activation. When the allowance is used or that period ends, new generation pauses. Saved images and core editing remain available. Additional generations require a separate purchase; there are no automatic overage charges.

8. What to include in a support request

  • Purchase email or order reference, product and version.
  • WordPress, PHP and browser versions, if relevant.
  • The steps that produced the problem, the expected result and what happened.
  • A relevant screenshot or error message with confidential information removed.
  • For AI issues, the request identifier, time and affected credit balance.

Do not email administrator passwords, full licence keys, payment-card details, customer lists or private API credentials. If temporary access is necessary, we will agree a suitable method and scope first. Back up your site before allowing troubleshooting changes.

9. Complaints, billing and privacy requests

If an issue remains unresolved, reply to the support thread and explain the outcome you are seeking. We will review the complaint and explain the next step. You may use any statutory complaint or dispute route available to you.
