1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms cover purchases made through our website and your use of YellYeah’s commercial services and original content. Your order confirmation identifies your product, plan, price, permitted installations and any recurring charges. The product description, these terms and the linked Refunds & Cancellations and Service & Support pages form the offer presented before purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.
If a checkout provider acts as the seller or merchant of record, its legal identity and applicable transaction terms must be identified at checkout and on your receipt. YellYeah remains the contact for its product support. Nothing here removes rights you have against the actual seller.
2. Orders, delivery and prices
We provide digital software, downloadable files and access to the online services included in your order. Following successful payment and any required verification, your order confirmation explains how to obtain your files or activate access. Contact us if you pay successfully but do not receive that information.
YellYeah’s offer prices are stated in US dollars unless the checkout expressly offers another currency. Applicable taxes, the total payable, the billing interval and any renewal price must be disclosed before you pay. A one-time purchase does not authorise recurring billing. An introductory price applies only to the period expressly described in the offer.
Keep your order confirmation and use accurate contact details. You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase contract. If purchasing for a business, you must be authorised to do so. Consumer protections apply where you qualify as a consumer under applicable law; describing our audience as marketers does not by itself remove those protections.
3. What each purchase includes
| Product | Commercial allowance | Duration and important limits |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign Kit — Starter | One named operator; one owned WordPress installation. | One-time core purchase. Includes 12 months of email support and included updates. |
| Campaign Kit — Marketer | One named operator; up to three owned WordPress installations. | One-time core purchase. Includes 12 months of email support and included updates. |
| Reach — Solo / Portfolio | Solo: one site. Portfolio: up to 12 sites. | A separate annual service. It does not increase your Campaign Kit or companion-product allowances. |
| Funnel Club | Optional membership for an eligible Campaign Kit owner; connected installations follow the core plan. | The monthly or annual period selected at checkout. An active membership is required for new protected downloads and imports. |
| Included AI images and optional additional access | Starter: 25 standard image generations. Marketer: 75 shared across its three sites. One-time totals, usable within 12 months of activation. | Saved images remain usable after the allowance or period ends. Additional purchases are optional; no automatic overage charges. Unlimited generation is not included. |
You may run multiple campaigns within your permitted installations. These commercial plans cover your own affiliate or product promotions. Client or agency delivery, shared team seats, extra installations and white-label, PLR or master-resale packages are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
“Owned installation” means a WordPress installation you own or control for your own business. Do not assume staging sites, subdomains or multisite networks are exempt from a plan limit. Contact support before a migration or special deployment. Where an activation transfer is supported, releasing the previous activation allows its allowance to be reassigned; it does not increase the total allowance.
4. Software licences and your work
Each software component is supplied with its own licence. Where code is licensed under the GPL or another open-source licence, that licence governs the rights to that code and takes precedence over conflicting wording here. Commercial limits in these terms govern our account entitlements, hosted services, support, updates and separately licensed original content; they do not remove open-source rights.
You retain your rights in the material you supply and the original edits you create. Third-party images, fonts, marks, product information and other materials retain their own rights and licence conditions. Buying YellYeah does not give you rights to third-party material shown in an example.
After year one and non-renewal
Buy the core tools once. Keep using them after year one. Your installed core builder, saved projects, images and published pages remain available. Included email support and released updates last 12 months from purchase. The core purchase does not renew automatically. Optional services have their own terms.
If you do not renew Reach: after your paid term ends, new paid work pauses, including campaign creation and editing, approvals, new scheduling, Social Posts creation and adding or changing Results & Profit records. Existing published pages, saved records, reports, exports and recovery tools remain available. Licence expiry does not deactivate WordPress or delete your website or customer data.
Cancelling renewal stops the next subscription payment; it does not immediately end your current paid term. You can continue using paid Reach features until that term ends. Refunds and other early termination requests follow the separate refund terms.
Previously approved WordPress posts that are already scheduled remain scheduled. Licence expiry does not alter ordinary privacy retention rules or your ability to request deletion. You remain responsible for your hosting, domain and backups.
This commercial support period does not restrict any update or remedy obligation that applies by law.
5. Funnel Club content and cancellation
Funnel Club supplies editable campaign packs through its member library. Each pack’s listing describes its contents. Packs may include a project, a bonus worksheet, a campaign graphic, promotional copy and setup guidance. Membership provides the release frequency expressly advertised for your plan; it is not an unlimited custom-design or on-demand AI service.
You may customise original pack materials for your own permitted affiliate and digital-product campaigns. You may brand and give end users the included bonus worksheet, including as a purchase bonus, for their personal use. You may publish the supplied campaign graphic and your adapted promotional copy for those campaigns.
You may not sell or redistribute the original content pack, project files, editable graphic source or copy library as templates, PLR, MRR, another membership or a competing library. Worksheet recipients receive personal-use permission, not resale or onward-distribution rights. Client work and agency seats require a separate agreement. These restrictions apply to original content, not the separately licensed plugin code.
You may keep and reuse packs legitimately downloaded during an active, paid membership after it ends, under their pack-use licence. Cancelling renewal ends new protected downloads and imports after the paid-through date; it does not delete your existing files or published pages. A refunded purchase or an infringement may have different consequences, which we will explain in the relevant notice.
6. AI features and generated material
When enabled, AI can propose supported page structures, copy, colours and image directions. Image Studio can generate or edit images from your description and, where supported, a reference you are entitled to use. Requests are processed through the connected server-side service and its AI provider. The data involved is described in the Privacy Policy.
Generation consumes the allowance shown for the feature. A credit is a service unit, not a cash deposit or a guarantee of a particular creative result. Review the disclosed credit amount, limits and any expiry before purchase. The service may reserve credits while a request is processed. Confirmed failures and uncertain requests are handled as described on the Service & Support page.
AI outputs can contain errors, omissions or material similar to other outputs. We do not promise accuracy, exclusivity, copyright eligibility, freedom from third-party claims or commercial performance. You remain responsible for reviewing facts, rights and suitability before publishing. Your legal remedies for a defective service remain available.
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, private licence keys or unnecessary personal information in prompts or reference material. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content, or to bypass provider safeguards or usage limits.
7. Your publishing responsibilities
YellYeah helps you prepare and publish campaign pages. You decide what goes live. Check product facts, prices, availability, destinations, comparisons, disclosures, testimonials and image permissions. You are responsible for your affiliate relationships, advertising, data collection and offers, including any bonus you promise to customers.
Keep editable project backups and backups of your WordPress installation before importing or updating software. A published page or exported HTML file is not a substitute for a saved editable project. Keep your hosting, browser and software secure and within supported requirements.
Do not share private service credentials, access another person’s account, interfere with infrastructure, distribute malware or attempt to defeat paid-service access controls. Legitimate software use and rights granted by an applicable open-source licence are unaffected.
8. Availability, changes and ending access
Online services depend on hosting and external providers and may need maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every theme, plugin or hosting setup. We remain responsible for delivering the service agreed in your purchase and for remedies required by law.
We may restrict the affected online access where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, non-payment or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective action may be taken first. Contact support for human review of an access decision.
We will not use a terms update to remove rights already granted to your downloaded software or content. If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we will give reasonable notice and explain any applicable cancellation or refund rights. Statutory rights take priority over these provisions.
9. Results and responsibility
YellYeah does not promise earnings, traffic, search rankings, affiliate approval, leads or conversions. Results depend on your offer, audience, distribution, decisions and execution. Examples demonstrate possible layouts and workflows; they are not income forecasts.
We are responsible for our products and services as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or take away consumer guarantees and remedies. Third-party services you purchase independently remain subject to their own terms.
10. Questions, complaints and applicable law
Send questions or complaints to support@support-mail.yellyeah.com, with your order reference and the outcome you are seeking. Our support process is set out on the Service & Support page. You do not have to give up statutory rights or dispute options to contact us.
Dutch law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, including those available to consumers in their country of habitual residence where relevant. Nothing here requires a consumer to bring a claim in a court that would remove a mandatory right to use another competent court.
Our business’s participation in a recognised alternative dispute-resolution scheme is: [INSERT VERIFIED SCHEME AND CONTACT, OR STATE THAT NO SCHEME IS JOINED]. This does not limit access to competent courts or regulators.
