Help & documentation
A practical route from download to draft.
Use the version-specific guides supplied in your download alongside these starting steps.
Install your Campaign Kit.
Prepare WordPress
Keep a backup and confirm administrator access. Check your host against each supplied plugin’s requirements. Design Studio requires WordPress 6.5+ and PHP 8.2+; other components can have additional requirements.
Find the installation files
Open WordPress-Plugins in your Campaign Kit download for Deploy and its matching Stack Pack. Read Easy-Setup first.
Inspect and approve the pack
Install Deploy, provide the supplied pack, review its contents and fingerprint, and approve installation. It installs new companion plugin folders and records a receipt.
Activate and configure
The companion plugins are installed inactive. Review and activate them in WordPress, then follow the supplied licence and connection instructions.
Updating an existing installation.
Back up the website and retain your current plugin ZIP before updating. Read the release instructions and use the update method supplied for that component.
The supplied Deploy installation workflow does not upgrade an already installed stack. Do not delete an existing plugin just to force a new installation. Use the documented update or WordPress replacement flow for the correct plugin.
After updating, check the installed version, saved projects and important pages. Purge page caches, then check your public pages while logged out.
Updating the YellYeah Website plugin?
In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Upload the replacement YellYeah Website ZIP and choose “Replace current with uploaded”. Keep the same managed page. Website settings, page content and homepage selection are retained by this update.
Common questions.
URL inspection cannot read a product page.
Use direct entry and provide product facts you can verify. URL inspection works only for accessible public pages and depends on compatible server networking. It cannot bypass a restricted site.
Troubleshooting AI images and connected research
For AI Image Studio, follow the activation instructions supplied with your Campaign Kit. Starter includes 25 standard image generations; Marketer includes 75 shared across its three sites, usable within 12 months of activation. No separate AI subscription or API key is required for those generations. If generation stops, check your connection, remaining allowance and activation period. Uploaded images, saved projects and core editing remain available. Connected research has separate setup and usage costs.
My saved project and published page differ.
Saving and publishing are separate decisions. Reopen the correct project, review the latest draft, then follow its explicit publication step. Check the live page after clearing any cache.
Does Content Shield protect paid downloads?
It discourages casual copying; it is not DRM, a firewall or paid-access protection. Public pages remain copyable. Static exports and script-free publication paths can have different protections from WordPress pages.
Does the optional bonus page verify a purchase?
No. Supply your own working eligibility, verification and fulfilment process. An information page alone does not verify receipts or deliver protected downloads.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the product and version, your site URL, the steps that failed and the visible error message. Include an order reference if relevant. Never email passwords, API keys or full payment-card details.
